People & Culture Compliance Lead

We are seeking a People & Culture Compliance Advisor to play a crucial role in ensuring adherence to employment legislation within our Transport & Infrastructure Australian business. Collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders, you'll establish sustainable solutions that promote compliance and best practices across our organisation. Some of your key responsibilities will include the creation of procedural tools and reporting metrics to assist the P&C Advisory team in managing statutory obligations under the Fair Work Act 2009, performing compliance audits, assisting with enterprise agreement review coordination and fostering the compliance development of our P&C advisory team.

About you

Ideally, you are a proactive self-starter with tertiary qualifications in Human Resources along with exposure in Construction, Engineering or Heavy Industrial sectors. You will also have;

Demonstrated Human Resources experience gained within a similar environment along with exposure and understanding of IR legislation Specific interest and/or experience with analytics, dashboard reporting and technological P&C solutions Demonstrated experience influencing others, with a strong focus on coaching, development, and delivery excellence Results-oriented, with high attention to detail and effective time management skills Intermediate skills in the use of Microsoft Office
