The People & Culture Coordinator is a key contributor to talent management initiatives that drive business success. This role supports critical processes, including the Building People Capability cycle, people reporting and analytics, employee relations, and provides support to both RSC and Field talent management teams, ensuring alignment between talent strategies and business objectives. By maintaining operational efficiency and fostering a positive, high-performance culture, this role plays a pivotal part in cultivating a heart-led workforce that drives organizational growth.

As the People & Culture Coordinator, you will ensure the seamless execution of talent processes, uphold the accuracy of people data, and actively contribute to cultivating a thriving, engaged workforce. With your exceptional organizational skills and commitment to excellence, you'll be a key enabler of the KFC People & Culture team.
RSC Talent Management
Maintain and update the Job Descriptions Library, ensuring accuracy and accessibility. Support talent development programs and nomination process (i.e., Achieving Breakthrough Results, Leadership Development programs, etc.) Support Building People Capability cycle (mid-year and year-end) logistics planning & support including show flows, calibration agendas, talent reporting.Field Talent Management
Support annual merit cycle execution for restaurant Team Members & Shift Supervisors in partnership with Market Coach, Area Coaches, & Equity Finance partners. Manage Fleet program for KFC US in partnership with Yum Fleet Administrators. Responsible for generating monthly birthday and anniversary reports for equity restaurant employees to facilitate the automatic mailing of gifts.People Reporting & Analytics
Support talent management through reporting and miscellaneous HR analytics and reporting, such as Talent Summary. Track relocation and sign-on bonus budgets, partnering with Finance and Yum Relocation for variance analysis and agreement initiation. Own Org Charts, including development, updates, and audits, communicating with Payroll as necessary on required changes including people moves and deactivations.Employee Relations
Oversee Ethicspoint updates and manage complaint tracking, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up. Manage and maintain confidentiality with all employee documents and files.
What You Bring to the Table:
Education/Certifications –Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. 1-3 years’ experience in a related HR role preferred. Ability to perform multiple priorities in a high impact, fast paced environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proven ability to manage sensitive employee documents and information with discretion and integrity. Proficient in Excel, with strong skills in data management, formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization to generate accurate and effective HR reports. Familiarity with HR processes & tools; ability to partner with business leaders at all levels. Analytical with excellent problem-solving skills and strong operational focus. Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills. Well-organized, self-starter with strong time management skills. Strong follow up skills & ability to hold accountability at all levels of the organization.
