Key Accountabilities : 

 

 

Administrative follow-up of personnel movements (drafting of amendments, transfers, trial periods, etc.) Administrative management of new hires (management of employment contracts, DPAE, training agreements, etc.). Contribution to employee integration (personnel number, badge, employee orientation and on-boarding) Occasional HR administrative tasks Day-to-day reception of employees Employee exit interviews School relations: visits, exchanges, etc. Recruitment process: drafting advertisements, sorting applications, pre-qualification and interviews.

 

General requirements : 

 

 

Source of proposals and innovation Team player with a smile Strong sense of confidentiality Rigorous and organized Fluency in English  Good command of IT tools Knowledge of personnel administration, and experience in the hotel-restaurant industry desirable Training in HR or labor law: minimum of 3 years' higher education.
