Responsibilities

Support People Business partners with day to day operations, training and employee relations:

Analyze P&C data, generate metrics and follow up as required on performance management, compensation cycle, diversityPrepare announcements and internal P&C communication emails and yammer postsSupport Employer Branding initiatives


Support for the Talent management and Performance review processes:

Ensure the process flows and deadlines are metGive training and support to the People Business Partners throughout the process, interaction with manager and employees as requiredRun reports on a regular and ad hoc basis and interpret data in WorkdayDevelopment and delivery of Consumer Healthcare (CHC) specific induction materialSupport the preparation of and organization communications around Talent and performance managementFocus on continuous Improvement projects on current processes and systemsSupport the Talent Review campaign internationally collaborating with stakeholdersCollaborate with stakeholders to keep database UpToDate (development plans and succession)Help builds up talent pools of candidates for future reference.Participate in continuous improvement projects and attraction/retention programs (EVP – Employee Value Proposition)Organize Talent-related events: CHC speed networking, talent breakfasts etc.


Recruitment:

Support managers to design job descriptions that reflect each position’s requirements, and partner with Talent Acquisitions team to publish job opportunitiesProvide system support to Hiring Managers and Recruiters as required and act as a Subject Matter Expert on Workday and recruiting processesPlay an active role in supporting candidates through post offer processes to contribute towards a positive onboarding experience


Change Management/ Intercultural Induction:

Support the creation and update of communication materials/tools to support change management on all dimensions (tools, processes, ways of working…)Provide ideas on how to engage and support CHC People Partners on building the future mindsetFollow up with reports on the development of change management program


Reports:

Produce and deliver standard (monthly, quarterly, and annual) and customized HR reports and dashboards on all People processes (Talents, turnover, mobility, recruitment, compensation) to support meaningful conversation around volumes, performance, compensation.Respond to People data requests on an ad hoc basis by gathering, analyzing, and reporting relevant data from various reports/sources.Ensure People & Culture data integrity is maintained by checking the accuracy and consistency of input data. Audit P&C data and troubleshoot irregularities.Partner with local People Partners to ensure system upgrades and analyses

Key “MUST HAVE” competencies, skills & experience:

Education: Master’s Degree in Management, Business, Social Sciences or relevant HR field (Psychology, Legal).Experience: Project Management experience is desired but also administrative or office support experience and previous experience in HR departmentIT skills: Extended MS Office Knowledge: Advanced skills in Excel and PowerpointLanguage(s): Fluent EnglishOther desirable skills:Interested in HR reporting, working with systems and analysing HR dataExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAble to work cross functionallyCustomer focusedAutonomousAttention to detailSystems aptitude
