Support People Business partners with day to day operations, training and employee relations:
Analyze P&C data, generate metrics and follow up as required on performance management, compensation cycle, diversityPrepare announcements and internal P&C communication emails and yammer postsSupport Employer Branding initiatives
Support for the Talent management and Performance review processes:

Key “MUST HAVE” competencies, skills & experience:
Education: Master’s Degree in Management, Business, Social Sciences or relevant HR field (Psychology, Legal).Experience: Project Management experience is desired but also administrative or office support experience and previous experience in HR departmentIT skills: Extended MS Office Knowledge: Advanced skills in Excel and PowerpointLanguage(s): Fluent EnglishOther desirable skills:Interested in HR reporting, working with systems and analysing HR dataExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAble to work cross functionallyCustomer focusedAutonomousAttention to detailSystems aptitudeInspire your Journey, what Sanofi can offer you:
