Role Overview
At Collins Aerospace, our People Development professionals play an integral part in ensuring that we have prepared and capable team members who can deliver excellence to our customers. As enabling partners within the organization, we lead by enhancing talent and driving a culture of continuous learning.

You will have the opportunity to build a deep knowledge of business imperatives and operational issues, as well as the opportunity to fully participate in the business. The People Development function work closely with all areas of the business to deliver our strategic people priorities with solutions that are linked directly to aerospace leadership using best-in-class practices.

Upon joining our team, you will advance through a robust and varied rotational plan:
+ Global Talent - operating as an integral member of the talent management team, working on focussed global talent programs, including talent reviews, our approach to mentoring and coaching and leadership development.
+ Early Careers – supporting the team to deliver best in class development programs for our Early Careers population including leading some of our STEM and outreach programs in the UK.
+ Learning & Development - supporting a wide range of L&D initiatives from design to delivery, both in the UK and globally which will include our manager development programs to working with stakeholders and providing learning interventions. You will also have the opportunity to work on delivering our global learning weeks.
+ Learning Systems – gain an understanding of how we utilise global learning systems to deliver e-learning and extract key business intelligence. This will also include supporting the implementation of new LMS.
Job Holder Requirements:
A graduate who has completed a degree relating to the People Development function (HR, Business Management, Psychology, Sociology) who has a genuine interest in growing their career within People Development.
Or
A Levels or equivalent in a relevant subject.
