Job Description:
We are looking for an additional People Experience Advisor to join the HR team during 2025.
Your responsibilities:
· First point of contact for workers and their managers for all HR (non-payroll) related questions;
· Recruiting and welcoming workers, technical staff and students;
· Provide support to managers in performance reviews, absenteeism, social legislation, HR policy questions, end of career interviews,...;
· Preparing and attending informal consultations with employee representatives;
· Reviewing policies & procedures to improve ways of working;
· Local rollout of a.o. the annual Mondelez engagement survey, the MDLZ Growing here/ training weeks, ...
· Administrative processing of employee data in our system Workday and ServiceNow;
Your Profile:
· You have preferably a minimal of 3-5 experience as HR advisor in a manufacturing /production environment;
· You have a bachelor's degree in HR or other relevant fields;
· You are customer and service oriented;
· Handy with HR systems, Workday is a plus;
· You are a team player and have strong interpersonal and communication skills;
· Good analytical skills and proactively looking for improvement opportunities;
· Fluent Dutch & English spoken and written;
