PEOPLE EXPERIENCE LEAD Ice Age Management - DBA McDonald's is seeking a People Experience Leader to join our team. This dynamic role offers an opportunity to collaborate with our restaurant staff in creating an exceptional employee experience that sets us apart from the competition. With over 50 McDonald's locations across North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia, Ice Age Management is eager to hear from talented individuals who share our commitment to excellence. + This is a salaried position. + Flexible Scheduling + This position will assist in our Charlotte, NC and SC markets + This is a position that works in our restaurants and alongside restaurant staff. This is not an office position + This position requires about 50% travel/driving on a weekly basis. People Experience Lead Responsibilities: · Provide coaching, training, counsel, and direction to all restaurant staff to help ensure restaurants execute/comply with the franchisee organization’s People policies, practices, and tools · Lead the execution of all significant People initiatives that focus on employee engagement and retention · Partner with restaurant management to deliver on all aspects of staffing and performance management · Help restaurant management remain focused and engaged during times of change (i.e., facilitate listening sessions, surveys, etc) · Partner with restaurant management to help prepare for any upcoming store visits · Help with crew development including conducting new-hire orientations and follow ups · Teach and prepare for Management and ServeSafe classes in our Charlotte and SC market. · Other responsibilities may be assigned as part of our training department People Experience Lead Requirements: + Strong organizational and Communication Skills + Experience in quick service industries, McDonald’s Preferred + General understanding of Human Resources policies and procedures + Flexibility and the ability to multi-task + Self-confidence and a positive attitude + Ability to get along well with others and an aptitude for problem solving.
