People Experience Partner
We are currently looking for a People Experience Partner to join us at our facility in Asturias.
You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance employee wellbeing, satisfaction, and engagement, enabling colleagues at AXALTA to perform at their best. Your role will involve conducting research, working closely with stakeholders, and driving initiatives that improve the overall employee experience.
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of employee relations and a working knowledge of employment law. We are looking for someone with a big-picture mindset—someone who understands how organizations function and how to build meaningful partnerships to drive positive change. A deep understanding of organizational culture and a proven ability to influence and inspire others will be key to your success.

Main Responsibilities:
• Serve as an integral part of the HR and Learning & Development management team, contributing to the overall People strategy and participating in regular team meetings to track progress.
• Collaborate closely with other HR functions at AXALTA, embracing the One HR approach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with managers to develop a deep understanding of services and take a proactive, solutions-focused approach to people-related challenges.
• Support the People Experience Partner by translating organizational-level HR projects into actionable implementation plans at the service level.
• Work with teams to define future capability requirements aligned with business objectives.
• Support and lead internal policy and process reviews, as well as HR-related projects.
• Provide reports and briefings as needed, including updates to Regional Directors and the Senior Management Team during operational and strategic meetings.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, procedures, and internal/external guidelines.

Key requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Employee Experience Management: Proven experience in developing and executing strategies to enhance employee well-being, satisfaction, and engagement.
• Knowledge of Employee Relations & Employment Law: Strong understanding of labor relations and familiarity with relevant employment legislation.
• Influencing & Collaboration Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, influence organizational culture, and drive positive change.
• HR Project Management Experience: Capability to develop and implement actionable plans aligned with organizational strategies.
• Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Understanding of organizational dynamics, ability to analyze data, and provide reports for strategic decision-making.
