What you'll do:

Project Management Excellence: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of global and complex employee experience projects, ensuring they meet objectives on time and within budget Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics and employee feedback and data to continuously monitor and enhance employee engagement Process Implementation: Develop and streamline processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of employee experience programs Collaborative Program Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement employee experience programs that align with organizational goals  Employee Advocacy: Serve as a trusted advisor for employees, addressing concerns and providing solutions to enhance their workplace experience Trend Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in employee experience, using insights to drive project innovation

What you have:

Minimum of 3 years in project management in employee experience within a global tech company Proven experience in implementing and managing complex processes and programs that enhance employee engagement Strong project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Advanced data analytics skills to support decision-making and measure the success of initiatives Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly Strategic thinker capable of aligning projects with business objectives and employee needs Detail-oriented with a strong focus on delivering exceptional outcomes in a fast-paced environment Collaborative team player with the ability to work across departments and levels
