What will you do? To support with the workforce planning and resource deployment for major events and venue
associated M&E activity, focusing on the provision of the right resources, with the right skills and
experience to meet the operational and fiscal brief To support the people team in booking and confirming appropriate levels of staff for the planners. To
support on engagement programs, both on event days and in between, to maximize loyalty and
commitment. Analyse and identify opportunities for improvement, develop strategies, and implement solutions to support business needs and goals To communicate effectively, liaising with the operational teams on site and the casual workforce as the
key stakeholders to this role. Ensure the operation, including agency team members, complies with current health and safety, food hygiene, and maintaining Delaware North’s policies and standards of excellence
More about you
1+ years’ experience in a similar role and workforce
Knowledge or ability to use a HR or Workforce management system including accessing, inputting, and compiling data
Skills in prioritisation, time management, communication, customer service, and relationship building
Ability to travel and work at Wembley Stadium, and possibly other venues as necessary
