Day in the Life

The role will be upfront and the first interaction with our company!

This role will have an opportunity to learn different aspects of HR but will also handle general office duties like executive lunches and mail.

Build and distribute HR reports related to compensation, attrition and other data points. 

Create and deliver high quality presentations using PowerPoint.

Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.

Communicate clearly and professionally across departments. 

Manage Relias Learning Management System. 

Support HR Compliance function as needed. 

Manage the new hire and onboarding process. 

Assist with processing of terminations.

Beautiful downtown Greenville office location!

In office: Monday through Friday (8-5)

 

Education and Licensure Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree required.

Human Resources experience or 2 years of professional experience preferred.

Must be proficient in Office programs including Excel.

Experience with HRIS computer or internet-based databases ideal.
