Job Description

What you get to do in this role:

Analyzes user experience data and provides recommendations to address business needs

Documents, reviews and ensures that all quality and change control standards are met

Collaborates and pairs with other Global People team members (HRBP, Recruiting, Care Delivery, etc) to map systems solutions

Creates solutions such that information is easy to find, consume, and understand

Communicates ideas and solutions to end user and product team members

Participates in and contributes to learning activities around modern software design and development core practices (communities of practice)

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

You must be currently enrolled in an accredited university, and graduating in 2025

Experience in managing projects and knowledge of diversity and inclusion

Excellent people skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams, partners, and customers

Strong written and oral communication talents

Desire to eventually work in an HR function for a technology company

Ability to assimilate into a team and work in a team environment

Agility and speed, able to work in a fast-paced environment

Bias toward execution, a doer that pays attention to details

Good relationship building skills
