We are seeking a dynamic and innovative professional to join our team. In this role, you will solve complex problems that enhance the employee experience and contribute to building diverse and equitable policies and procedures. You will focus on operational excellence in all aspects of our work, impacting both U.S. and international employees. Your efforts will ensure that our organization remains a leader in fostering an inclusive and effective workplace. You will own important components of global People Operations, as well as play a key role in the implementation of programs, processes and tools to transform Stellar Development Foundation into a once-in-a-generation company.
In this role, you will:
Partner with the Director of People Operations on all aspects of Compliance including policy creation, program initiatives and operational procedures. Lead the implementation of HR policies and procedures, and manage internal audits of our HR processes, to ensure compliance with legal regulations and industry standards. Oversee employee immigration cases, partnering with managers, employees and legal counsel for support needs. Manage and support our employee training initiatives, while overseeing our employee training platform. In conjunction with our leave management software, guide the team and oversee all leave management, ensure timely processing of leave pays. Directly manage our global employees onboarding and offboarding through our EOR, providing a positive and effective employee experience. Develop and maintain core People analytics pillars by generating and analyzing HR metrics and reports to inform decision-making. Lead and support HR projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and the overall employee experience.Identify opportunities to improve and scale existing processes, and assist with change management of various programs and initiatives. Collaborate with the Finance team on payroll to ensure accurate processing of all internal changes. Maintain all employment and payroll records consistently and accurately reporting any discrepancies to the People leadership team. Build trust with employees and provide a high quality employee experience by resolving issues promptly and responding to employee questions and concerns related to payroll, benefits, compensation, leaves, and other established or new processes.You have:
5+ years of People Operations experience Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work confidentiality at all levels of an organization Excellent skills with the ability to follow-through to completion Ability to effectively and positively interface with a broad range of employees and deliver excellent client support Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously and navigate in a rapidly-changing environment Ability to learn new systems quickly and create improved efficiency A big fan of process and extremely organized Knowledge of HR federal & state laws and regulations Excited to be an all-around team player Experience with TriNet a plusBonus Points if (optional):
Experience with systems such as Oyster (EOR), TriNet, Ethena and CocoonWe offer competitive pay with a base salary range for this position of $125,000 - $155,000 depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
