Your Role at Delta Faucet 

The People Operations Partner is responsible for delivering high quality, efficient, and repeatable services for the hourly employee populations at the site. The incumbent will serve as the primary contact for hourly employee relations issues.

Responsibilities 

Raises the hourly talent bar through recruiting, interviewing and selecting skilled associates to fill open positions;Executes hourly onboarding, job change and separation processesEnsures the consistent application/execution of HR programs and processes.Executes programs in support of talent acquisition, onboarding, development, training, performance management and communications, for hourly employees at the siteEnsures that career and life cycle changes are accurately executed in the HRISAdvises and coaches management in appropriate resolution of hourly employee relations issues.Resolves employee dissatisfaction by investigating complaints and concerns; evaluating and offering possible courses of action; providing advice, guidance and directionResponds to plant manager, management team and employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs for hourly employeesKey driver of the culture with ethical and professional behaviors, processes and procedures. Supports and applies lean manufacturing programs and actionsPlans and administers employee appreciation events and service award programs for the siteMaintains compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations.

Qualifications 

A bachelor’s degree in related area, with certification desired2+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Working knowledge of local, state and federal labor laws, regulations and application.Experience in a manufacturing highly preferred.  Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively handle problems that are varied and many times non-repetitive. Strong communication skills including the ability to communicate at all levels of the site, and maintain confidentiality is required.Strong process orientation, organized and responsive.This individual needs to have the ability to get along with diverse personalities, while being tactful, mature and flexible.
