JOB SUMMARY
An InnovaCare People Operations Partner has knowledge in a broad array of topics related to compensation and total rewards, onboarding, Workday HRIS system, reporting, and communications. The PO Partner will work with corporate as well as clinic employees and may also assist the PS team to distribute information about new procedures, policies, operations, employee engagement and company culture and mission, vision, values initiatives.
Essential Job Functions
Leverages HR analytics and data to craft creative, cost-effective solutions that boost employee satisfaction and engagement.Analyzes market data to design competitive compensation and total rewards packages, driving retention.Develops high-impact incentive programs and engaging events, fostering a high-energy, motivated workforce.Designs and delivers data-driven onboarding programs, integrating new hires into the company culture.Conducts employee orientations and provides ongoing support for employee success.Manages People Services (PS) initiatives and reporting within Workday.Assists with project logistics, documentation, and communication related to People Services.Collaborates effectively with the People Services team and internal stakeholders.Experience & Skills:
Expertise in HR analytics, data visualization, and conducting employee surveys.Translates data insights into actionable employee experience strategies.Develops creative, cost-effective training programs and employee engagement initiatives.Analyzes compensation and benefits using market data.Proficiency in HR information systems (like Workday).Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills with a high-energy approach.Strategic thinking aligned with company goals.Understanding of the market(s) the company serves.
Minimum Required Education
At least 3-5 years HR experience, healthcare preferred.Adaptable and flexible.
