What You'll Do at Pega: Use your superpowers of organization to ensure all People operations processes exceed delivery expectations, on time.Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate customer service-oriented interactions with candidates, hiring managers and other stakeholders.Coordinate candidate information by maintaining high level of accuracy in our applicant tracking system.Propose creative ideas on how to improve the candidate and employee experience through automation and self service.Manage the candidate background check process from end-to-end.Ensure all standard operating procedures, process documentation, and service catalogs are continuously updated/maintained.Adhere to service level agreements.Who You Are: You are an excellent multitasker who thrives on juggling multiple assignments simultaneously. You enjoy problem solving and coming up with better ways to get work done. You are highly motivated to provide best-in-class employee experience! Worked in a corporate office environment in a fast-paced setting.Developed a strong relationship among other professionals and senior management.You have been in a customer service focused role interacting with customersWhat You've Accomplished: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience1-3+ years’ experience in HRStrong Microsoft Office skills; particularly ExcelHR Reporting/Metrics experience preferredAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle highly sensitive informationOutstanding initiative with very good customer service and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detailsExcellent organizational skillsStrong desire to learn about the Human Resources professionPega Offers You: A rapidly growing yet well-established business The world’s most innovative organizations as reference-able clientsAnalyst acclaimed technology leadership in a massive emerging market#LI-SD2
