The P&O Business Partner supports and implements the local People Strategy and other strategic P&O initiatives with respective business leader, advises and supports the business management for (an) assigned organization(s). Your Challenge

During your 6-month-internship with us you will have the opportunity to learn everything about People organization and supporting the business in P&O related topics. By the end of your internship, you will be set up with the best knowledge and hands-on experience to equip you for your professional career in HR.

A tutor will support you in experiencing the HR processes. Your main activities will involve to:

Support P&O Business Partners in daily operations and process improvements. Provide administrative assistance, including data analysis, KPI tracking, and reporting.Collaborate cross-functionally to align strategic P&O initiatives.Contribute to enhance P&O processes and efficiency.Address P&O-related inquiries and support during workshops, and meetings.Assist in driving development-focused P&O strategic projects.

Your profile

Fresh graduate in Humanistic or Economics field, HR background or internship is  preferred. Strong interest in human resources. Willingness to work in an international environment and to drive successful outputs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn, with a strong sense of initiative and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms. Fluent in English and Italian European citizenship
