People Partner, Specialist
Synopsys/Black Duck Software is looking to hire a driven and enthusiastic HR Specialist to join our HR Team based in Burlington’s office.  The role is responsible for the day-to-day support to the HR team, assist with maintain employee records, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. This is a full-time, regular non-exempt (hourly) hybrid position reporting to Global HR Business Partner.

Responsibilities:Support new hire onboarding: oversee onboarding in our HRIS – ADPI-9 processing and maintenance via E-VerifyEnsure complete offboarding process for all exitsMaintain and update employee records in ADP. Process data change requests from HR Business PartnersComplete employment verification requestsProvide HR program support during compensation reviews, performance development, training programsMonitor and respond to HR emailsReporting: provide employee headcount reports upon requestReceiving and processing all relocation requestsProvide additional support to HR team as requested
 
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in a related field 2-5 years of relevant work experience preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsMicrosoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook and Excel Able to build trust and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization Strong attention to detail Good judgment Ability to work individually and as a part of a team Willingness to manage and maintain multiple responsibilities Strong interpersonal skills

The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $55,000-$69,000 annually. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses. The actual compensation offered will be based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.
