The opportunity:
The People Partner team empower our workforce and leaders for success through strategic partnership and innovative People solutions.
We currently have two vacancies resulting from internal moves, both reporting to the Head of People Partnering.
12 month fixed term contract Permanent
The People Partner will work directly with their dedicated client group to be the first point of contact and ongoing coach to advise, develop, and support a People agenda and working culture that supports the organizational goals. This includes developing and advising on policy and driving the implementation of a range of people related procedures and processes across the employee lifecycle including (but not limited to) Workforce Planning, People Acquisition, Onboarding, Performance, Engagement, Retention, Talent Management, Development & Learning, Reward and Recognition, Mobility and Leaving.
Responsibilities will include:
Strategic Partnership: Work closely with stakeholders to align People initiatives with business objectives, including workforce planning Empowering the workforce: Supporting leaders and employees to enable their growth and development through performance, talent management and learning opportunities Information – Business Advice – Compliance: Provide advice on the development, interpretation and application of policies and procedures, resolving queries and issues, ensuring full compliance Internal Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain effective working relationships across the people team and their stakeholder groups and provide high-quality professional services Managing People Data Employee Relations case management and investigations processes
About you:
Possess several years’ experience in generalist human resources roles with a strong capability as a partner and advisor Knowledge and experience in employee relations and legal landscape Demonstrated experience in a large and complex organisation with defined processes and policies that govern work practices and procedures System savvy (enterprise HRIS)
