Role Overview 

The People Partner is responsible for supporting business units with day-to-day HR operational tasks, ensuring alignment with HR Expertise Centers’ vision, strategy, and guidelines to deliver consistent and effective HR solutions. Close coordination with both employees and management is key for the smooth execution of HR processes, enhancing management’s ability to achieve their objectives and fostering a positive employee experience. This role focuses on the efficient execution of HR solutions, adhering strictly to HR policies, procedures, and corporate governance. It is ideal for a professional with 2-3 years of HR experience, eager to learn and grow within the function. 

Main Responsibilities 

Team Dynamics and Development 
Support Line Managers in monitoring team dynamics and providing feedback to ensure a healthy, inclusive, and productive work environment. 
Assist in organizing team development opportunities, in collaboration with managers. 
Monitor and address team dynamics to ensure a positive, inclusive and productive work environment. 
Collaboration with HR Expertise Centers 
Act as a liaison between the business units and HR Expertise Centers (e.g., Organizational Culture, People Rewards, Learning and Development). 
Help with data gathering, feedback, and coordinating projects initiated by the Expertise Centers. 
Ensure compliance with guidelines and processes set by the HR Expertise Centers. 

Talent Management 
Partner with Business Managers on the Talent Management process. 
Provide administrative support in the Talent Management process. 
Assist managers with talent identification and development, ensuring alignment with company standards and business requirements. 
Support the implementation of Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives as needed. 
Assist in compiling and sharing talent data for compensation and promotions for enhancing, together with line managers. staff commitment and growth 

Performance Management 
Support the administration of the Performance Management process, ensuring smooth execution of performance reviews and follow-ups. Supervise compliance with the Performance Review Policy. 
Assist in managing related tasks in the HR Information System (HRIS). 
Help with the facilitation of feedback processes and basic performance-related employee issues. 

HR Operations and Employee Experience 
Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns on HR topics 
Coordinate HR operations efficiently, in partnership with administrative functions such as Legal, Finance, and Personnel Inspectors. 
Address and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner. 
Ensure onboarding and offboarding processes run smoothly by collaborating with relevant departments and all stakeholders involved in the onboarding and offboarding processes 
Promote a positive employee experience through effective HR processes and communications. 
Support the implementation of HR policies and assist in local labor law compliance, and corporate governance 

Employee Relations and Compliance 
Handle basic employee relations matters, escalating more complex issues to senior HR staff. 
Provide operational support during HR audits and policy reviews. 

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on HR operations, talent acquisition, or a similar HR function.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree in Organizational Psychology, HR, or other relevant fields is preferred.
Familiarity with HR processes, policies, and best practices.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build relationships at all levels.
Experience using HR systems and tools; familiarity with AI-driven HR tools or a willingness to learn and implement them is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. A collaborative mindset with a focus on aligning with HR Expertise Centers to ensure consistent HR practices.
