Key responsibilities including areas such as:
Drive the implementation of H&M Group's Colleague Strategy at the Market level, enhancing employee experience and organizational performance. Lead and mentor the local People Relations team while providing strategic guidance to leaders across the organization. Ensure compliance with labor laws, maintain constructive relationships with work councils and unions, and lead collective bargaining negotiations. Develop and execute robust initiatives for work environment and health & safety, promoting employee well-being. Collaborate cross-functionally and offer strategic support to management teams on complex people relations issues. Adapt and implement global HR policies in alignment with local laws, ensuring a consistent and positive employee experience across markets. Lead crisis management efforts from a people relations perspective, including handling sensitive internal investigations and disciplinary actions. QualificationsWe are looking for a results-driven leader with the right blend of experience, knowledge, and passion to excel in this role. Ideally, you bring a strong foundation in Human Resources and Labor Law, along with expertise in Policy Development, Human Rights, and Occupational Health & Safety. Your ability to manage HR teams and provide strategic guidance at a senior level will be critical. Above all, we value someone who thrives in creating positive organizational change and fostering a collaborative environment.

Proven leadership & people relations experience with a history of securing high-performing teams. Expertise in stakeholder management, coupled with exceptional negotiation and communication skills. Strong business acumen, with experience in P&L management, budgeting, and strategic implementation. Analytical ability to assess complex challenges and devise innovative solutions. Proficiency in English and cultural awareness to navigate global collaborations effectively. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to drive transformation. Adaptability and resilience to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
