People Resource Coordinator
About The RoleThe People Resource Coordinator is the first point of contact for employees in our Authentication Center. You will provide administrative and strategic support and partner closely with the People Business Partner (PBP) and People Resource Generalist (Generalist) onsite and our remote PBP team to ensure excellent customer service. You will own the new hire orientation as well as manage first tier HR questions and concerns. You will be regularly engaged in project and process initiatives focussed on continuous improvement supporting the broader People team.

What You Get To Do Every Day

Own and conduct new-hire orientations

Ensure compliance with USCIS Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification; conduct periodic audits

Maintain accurate digital employee files, including personal information, employment documents, performance reviews, and leave records 

Support the PBP and Generalist in addressing employee concerns, mediating disputes, and promoting positive employee relations

Supporting Health & Safety teams with workplace injury documentation and follow up

Pull and review with the business HR reports on key metrics like employee turnover, performance management, and workforce demographics

Answering HR-related inquiries and emails, scheduling meetings, and maintaining the local HR calendar

Provide support for off-boarding and termination actions

What You Bring To The Role

Minimum Requirements:

Proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant Human Resources administrative position

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive employee information with strict adherence to confidentiality protocols

Detail oriented, strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work well in a team and on self-directed tasks to meet deadlines

Ability to adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining a primary focus on core responsibilities

Preferred Requirements:

Bilingual (Spanish)

Proficiency in Google suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or Microsoft suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

The expected salary range for this role is $57,317.00-$73,693.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
