Within our Global People org, specifically in the People Insights, Strategy & AI function, we’re looking for a graduate-level Industrial / Organizational Psychology student who wants to learn, grow, and take a giant step early in their career, all while making a giant impact.
This is a 12-week internship opportunity, specifically focused for candidates looking to gain practical experience related to Assessments (Skill assessments, Team & manager assessments), based on one or more of the following types of project work:
**What you get to do in this role:**
Assessment Design and Development
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to identify critical skills for a specific role or job family
+ Develop a library of skill assessment items
+ Ensure assessments are valid, reliable, and aligned with job requirements
Assessment Delivery and Administration
+ Investigate assessment platforms and tools for implementation
+ Highlight opportunities to optimize how assessments are integrated within existing learning & development processes
Data Analysis and Reporting
+ Analyze assessment results to identify proficiency levels, strengths, gaps, and development needs of individuals and teams
+ Generate comprehensive reports for training teams and leadership
+ Utilize data to identify trends to inform learning & development strategies
**Who You Are:**
+ Currently enrolled into a graduate-level degree program studying Industrial / Organizational Psychology (or related degree program)
+ Expertise related to behavioral science methodologies (survey methods, a/b testing, quasi-experimental methods, longitudinal designs) and statistical analysis
+ Strong communicator (e.g., able to communicate complex research findings to non-technical audiences)
+ Desire to work with multidisciplinary teams to drive project completion
+ Ability to work to tight timelines and ask for additional support as needed
+ Prior coursework related to job analysis, statistics, psychometrics, performance appraisal preferred
+ Graduating December 2025 or later
+ Able to commit to a 12-week internship

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $35.68, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
