What We Do:
Service Excellence:
Deliver high-quality HR advisory services, resolving low to medium complexity HR queries and issues in alignment with global and local HR policies.
Apply our extensive knowledge Base to efficiently address incoming queries, maximising technology to provide timely resolutions.
Maintain accurate HR data in Workday and collaborate with Payroll to ensure data alignment and accuracy.
Develop an up-to-date knowledge base to empower both employees and advisors with the information they need.
Leverage HR technology and multiple communication channels to provide an engaging customer experience, meeting internal service level agreements.
Compliance:
Make sure to our established governance model, ensuring that all service-related activities meet legal requirements and internal standards.
Raise and call out issues promptly to ensure the highest service quality.
Continuous Improvement:
Champion employee self-service solutions and intranet as valuable resources.
Proactively identify process improvement opportunities and participate in root cause analysis.
Collaborate with colleagues to propose and drive improved ways of working.
Support and supply to continuous improvement projects as assigned.
