Description As an People Service Delivery Consultant, you will serve as a strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) within an assigned Emory Healthcare operating unit and/or divisionYou will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional HR services, support, and consultation to our internal stakeholders Your primary focus will be on culture/engagement, talent management, organizational development, change management and HR best practicesTalent Management: Collaborate with business leaders to identify talent needs and develop strategies for talent acquisition, retention, and developmentAssist in the design and implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and coachingOrganizational Development: Work with leadership to assess organizational needs and propose HR solutions that support business objectives Drive initiatives related to culture, diversity, and inclusion that promote a positive work environmentHR Consultation: Offer expert guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee developmentStay current on HR trends, legislation, and best practices to ensure compliance and competitivenessData Analysis: Utilize HR analytics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for process improvements and decision-making Compliance: Ensure HR policies and practices comply with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulationsDocumentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and confidential HR records, including personnel files and employee documentationPrepare HR-related reports and documentation as requiredMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plusA combination other education and related professional experience may be considered in lieu of degree Proven experience in HR, with at least three (3) years as an HR Business Partner or HR Service Delivery Consultant Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practicesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite Strong analytical and reporting skillsPREFERRED SKILLS:
