People Services Director
Location: Kennewick, WA
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary Range: $90,000 - $135,000 annually

Roles and ResponsibilitiesLead HR Operations: Manage co-worker relations programs, including personnel administration and HR compliance.
Develop Policies: Implement and oversee recruitment, compensation, and employee relations strategies.
Resolve Issues: Investigate and address employee relations concerns, including disciplinary actions and grievances.
Collaborate with Leadership: Align HR strategies with organizational goals in partnership with senior management.
Supervise Team: Manage subordinate staff and recruitment processes.
Train Employees: Oversee in-service training programs to boost productivity.
Manage Budget: Develop and monitor the HR department budget.
Ensure Compliance: Adhere to employment laws, CMS, OSHA, and TJC regulations.
Job RequirementsExperience: Healthcare experience and union experience (Required)
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Relations, or Human Resources (Required)
Skills: Strategic analysis, budgeting, compensation analysis, and regulatory compliance knowledge (CMS, OSHA, TJC)
Preferred QualificationsSPHR or SHRM-SCP certification
Master’s degree
