People Services Director - Riverview & Trousdale

Directs the department's activities and resources to achieve departmental and organizational objectives. Serves as a strategic partner to the CEO and other leadership team members and is responsible for defining, developing and implementing human resource initiatives that are consistent with the Systems strategic goals.

Reports to: Chief Executive Officer / Market People Services Director

Minimum Education

Seven to Ten years of progressive HR experience with a concentration on Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Training and Development, preferably in the healthcare industry.

Three to Five years supervisory experience overseeing various HR support roles.
