The People Services Generalist provides support in the following areas: + Provide recommendations for policy development and improvement; + Collaboration with St. Peter’s Health leadership in the job Creation and career ladders process; + Maintenance of St. Peter’s Health Job architecture and employee placement; + Assist with our onboarding team with New Employee Orientation + Dashboards and HR metrics, and human resources measurement and monitoring. + Be an active member in various St. Peter’s Health committees. In addition, this position ensures compliance with state and federal regulations including DNV accreditation. + The People Services Generalist II may be asked to provide back-up support to the People Services Generalist I as needed. + The People Services Generalist II may be asked to provide back-up support to the People Department Generalist III as needed.
