The **PEOPLES SERVICES Team** is looking for an **Employee and External Life Cycle Specialist with** strong French and good English knowledge. **Responsibilities of the role:** + Manage onboarding, promotions, leaves, job changes, terminations + Creation of employee documentation (contract management) + Managing employee queries: based on global and local articles, via ticketing system + External Employees: onboarding, offboarding and data management + Ad hoc activities, like reporting, audit support, process improvement projects The Employee and External Life Cycle Specialist reports to the PPLS French Cluster Lead. The position will work closely with the payroll team and other vendors. The team currently works with France and Tunisia. **_About you_** **Experience:** + Customer Care or HR experience (preferred) + Contract management experience + Experience with multicultural organization **Soft skills:** + Self-organization skills, attention to details + Strong communication and customer services skills + Teamplayer + Customer oriented mindset **Technical skills:** + Previous experience with Workday or similar Global HR systems is an advantage **Education:** + BA/ BSc or Equivalent in HR or related discipline is preferred or equivalent experience **Languages:** + Strong written and oral French skills, Good written and oral English **Pursue** **_progress_** **, discover** **_extraordinary_** Better is out there.
