Job Title: People Services Team Leader, APAC

About the role
As the People Services Team Leader, you will play a critical role in establishing and leading the APAC Hub, ensuring a purpose-driven, trusted, inclusive, and engaging service to colleagues across the region. You will be responsible for developing, motivating, and inspiring a team of People Service Specialists, building a proactive, professional, and people-focused approach to service delivery.
Working as part of the global People function, you will lead within the People Services community of practice, promoting industry best practices and driving global alignment across all regional hubs (Americas, EMEA, and APAC).
You will be instrumental in establishing an APAC People Services Hub, ensuring standardisation while balancing local legislative requirements.
Your contributions will support the attraction, retention, colleague experience, and engagement of our people through;
Right first time, every time resolution of activities, questions, queries, and transactions at scale.Input to and application of our People policies and practices.Innovation of new and engaging people initiatives; and An attitude of continuous improvement.Responsibilities:
Establish and lead the APAC Hub, building the foundation for a high-performing shared services model in alignment with global People function standards.Manage a team of People Services Specialists.Ensure People Services documentation remains up to date and compliant with regional legislation.Oversee workload distribution and operational skill development aligned with the People function taxonomy.Serve as an escalation point for complex process queries, collaborating with key stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.Lead change initiatives and process improvements, collaborating with stakeholders.Step in to perform People Services Specialists duties when necessary.Ensure the delivery of accurate, professional advice and guidance to line managers.Drive the implementation and ongoing improvement of People Services Specialists processes, acting as the primary contact for any process changes that impact the team.Establish and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to maintain service excellence.Key Performance Indicators:
