We are looking for a talented **People Support Administrator Level II** to join our team specializing in Human Resources for our Cummins Inc. facility in Lakewood, NY

**Prompt Inquiry Response** : Responding to or redirecting routine inquiries promptly and accurately will improve the efficiency of internal and external communications.
**Vendor and Supplier Management** : Preparing documentation for payments and responding to inquiries from accounts payable and payees will ensure smooth financial transactions and maintain good relationships with vendors and suppliers.
**Policy and Procedure Documentation** : Documenting and maintaining departmental policies and procedures will provide clear guidelines and support compliance within the organization.
**Team Collaboration** : Participating in business improvement assignments and projects will contribute to the continuous improvement of departmental processes and foster a collaborative team environment.

**Education:**
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
**Experience:**
Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Position is on site at the Jamestown Engine Plant.
+ Provides staffing and recruiting support; coordinates recruiting activities; updates the applicant tracking system, coordinates assessment testing where applicable, conducts reference checks for new hires; coordinates new hire orientation assignments and activities.
+ Coordinates standard compensation processes and benefits administration by partnering with shared services and corporate human resources.
+ Participates in training activities and special projects.
+ Assists in and ensures the accurate preparation, processing, and balancing of time and attendance system to support compensation processes and play a vital role in ensuring compliance with various legislations
**Compensation range - $22.69 - $34.04**
Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The
final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate’s
qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
