MUST HAVE: 
1. Must have worked on PeopleSoft HCM 9.x within the last year. 
2. Must have a minimum of 5 years technical experience in HRMS/HCM. 
3. Must have minimum of 5 years development life-cycle experience with People-Tools 8.4x or higher including: People-Code, SQR, Crystal and Application Engine (desirable). 
4. Must have minimum of two yrs. PeopleSoft Upgrade Implementation experience; at least one must be on HCM 9.x. 
5. Must have HRMS/HCM technical experience in the following HCM Modules: (ePerformance, Employee Self Service, Manager Self Service). 
6. PeopleSoft Production support is desirable. 

Degree in a Computer Science, Information Systems or related field. 
Experience working for a Consulting Services organization. 
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
Ability to work effectively in a time critical environment. 
Must excel in an agile/iterative development environment.
