Detailed Job Description:

Must have experience in an information systems technical support capacity. Required. 10 years. Experience with Oracle PeopleSoft 9.2. Required. 5 years. Extensive expertise that includes Analysis, Design, Configuration, Development, Implementation, Testing, Troubleshooting, and Support of the core PeopleSoft components. PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM system, customizations, and custom modules. Operations and maintenance of NTESS’s PeopleSoft system.  Support of regular business cycle efforts (e.g., Open Enrollment).  Design, configuration, development, testing  and implementation of minor enhancements as directed by the SDR.  Manage support tickets,  troubleshoot issues, resolve bugs.
