Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a Related Field. and eight (8) years experience in HR ERP Solutions or a Similar Function; Including Full Life-Cycle ERP Implementation Experience (Planning, Design, Construction, Implementation, Support) and also project management experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience relevant to the role may be considered for this position.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and at least 15 years of experience. PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 experience. 3rd party systems integration experience. Demonstrated experience in leading one or more Oracle implementation/upgrade/systems integration projects in recent versions (i.e. - 9.2). At least one (1) year of experience in providing enterprise consulting services. Demonstrated Subject Matter Expert (SME) of software development lifecycle. Must have experience upgrading or implementing PeopleSoft FMS / FSCM, HCM or Campus Solutions Applications. Building integrations into Peoplesoft from 3rd party systems.Job Summary:
The HR ERP Lead is a top-level HRIS functional expert who oversees the Core HR Enterprise Resource Planning Systems (ERP), and related HR support systems. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining HR ERP solutions based on functional needs, while also coordinating the HR and IS technical and functional analyst.
Analyzes HR business processes and the ERP systems that support them; identifies needed opportunities for process and system improvements based on Best-In-Class industry standards and the needs of the business. Work cross-functionally to gather enterprise HR business requirements and translate them into Best-In-Class HR business processes, business systems ERP requirements, and business system functional specifications.
Job Duties:
A PeopleSoft ERP Systems Lead is a top level IS technical expert who supports the Enterprise Resource, Planning Systems (ERP), and related HR support systems. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining ERP solutions, while also coordinating the with the other technical and functional analysts. This position creates, maintains, and modifies applications, components, and interfaces for the PeopleSoft software suite. They also develop and integrate new PeopleSoft applications and modules.
Responsibilities
Design, code, and test PeopleSoft applications. Develop and maintain integrations between PeopleSoft and other applications. Identify and plan for design and development risks. Create and support reports. Assist with upgrades and data mapping. Ensure data is protected and users can access it easily.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
SQL, PeopleCode, Integration Broker, Fluid UI. Upgrades and Migrations. Java, APIs, and Object Oriented Development..
Salary Range:
Actual salary commensurate with experience.
Work Schedule:
Remote position: 8am to 5pm, and as needed on occasion.
