CTG is seeking to fill a PeopleSoft Finance Business Analyst opening for our client in Columbus, OH. Location: Remote Duration: 10 months Duties: Provide functional and technical support for PeopleSoft Finance modules (GL, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Accounting, Tax, Accounts Receivable, and Treasury). Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into PeopleSoft solutions. Collaborate with the IT team to ensure system configuration meets business needs. Perform business process mapping and system testing to ensure solutions are delivered accurately. Support system upgrades, enhancements, and patch implementations. Provide training and guidance to users, ensuring efficient use of the PeopleSoft Finance system. Assist in troubleshooting issues, resolving system defects, and offering timely solutions. Facilitate communication between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment of objectives. Skills: In-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft Finance modules, particularly General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable, and Purchasing. Strong understanding of business processes within the Finance domain. Proficiency in business analysis, testing, and documentation. Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills. Experience with system implementation, upgrades, and integrations. Familiarity with PeopleTools, SQL, and other related technologies is preferred. Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a PeopleSoft Finance Business Analyst or similar role. Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Financials modules, including GL, Accounts Payable, and Purchasing (mandatory). Experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, testing, and documentation. Previous involvement in system implementation, upgrades, and post-implementation support. Experience in leading discussions, driving cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with business needs. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field. Relevant PeopleSoft certifications are a plus. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
