Short Description:

Dept of Treasury seeks a PeopleSoft HCM Functional Lead for their implementation of PeopleSoft HCM 9.2. HCM SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION-specific experience is required, as is experience with the Base Benefits and Employee & Manager Self  Service HCM modules.

 

Complete Description:

This FUNCTIONAL Lead role will focus around implementing PeopleSoft HCM 9.2.  The primary module of focus for this implementation will be Base Benefits. Employee Self-Service and Manager Self-Service will also be implemented. 

 

***This will be a full lifecycle position for the functional implementation - candidates MUST display full lifecycle SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION-specific FUNCTIONAL LEAD experience of Peoplesoft HCM, and must display experience with the implementation of Base Benefits, most importantly, as well as Employee & Manager Self Service modules, to be considered for this position***

 

The resource in this role will be expected to gather requirements, perform fit gap analysis, configure the functional modules, work with technical staff on customizations, perform testing, and train users.

 

The resources in these roles will be required to work onsite at the client's location, from 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Position is funded through June 2015.
