**Job ID Number** R4554 **Employment Type** Full time **Worksite Flexibility** Onsite **Job Summary** As a PeopleSoft HCM Programmer Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and resolving multiple problems or events of medium complexity in support of CAI customers. **Job Description** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced **PeopleSoft** **HCM Programmer Analyst** to join our IT team. This position will be **full-time, on-site, and is a contract position** for 12 months. On-site location: Job City: San Bernardino Job State: California Job ZIP Code: 92415 The position requires experience with PeopleSoft suite of development products (Application Designer, SQR, Application Engine, SQL etc.) This position is 100% hands-on technical, no functional work is performed in this role. **What You'll Do** + Design, implement, and test HCM application involving new features and functionality from functional requirements + Provide maintenance, support, design, development, and implementation of HCM applications + Develop and maintain applications and modules related to Payroll, Time and Labor, Benefits, Benefits Administration, ePerformance and Talent Acquisition Management and Candidate Gateway modules + Create database design in Oracle, SQL and formulating advanced SQL queries + Develop new and maintain existing Database ETL processes and reports + Handle changes in business requirements and set priorities across multiple projects **What You'll Need** Required: + Proficient with PeopleSoft development suite - Application Designer, SQR, Application Engine, AWE, Query, etc + Advanced PeopleCode experience + Experience with COBOL, Application Packages, Component Interface, Fluid Development, HTML5, and CSS + Experience selectively adopting bug fixes and new features from PUM Images. + Experience reducing customizations by use of Event Mapping and Drop Zones + Advanced SQL experience on an Oracle database + Strong understanding of SDLC + Familiar with various design, architectural patterns, and HCM frameworks + Ability to write clean, readable, modular, scalable and easily maintainable code with proper technical documentation + Understanding of code versioning tools + Troubleshooting, analytical skills and excellent communication skills + Possess Information Management, Computer Science, or any closely related field with at least 5 years’ recent work experience using HCM, PeopleSoft, JavaScript libraries, SQL and SQR **Physical Demands** + Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards + Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc + Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor **Reasonable Accommodation Statement** If you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employment selection process, please direct your inquiries to application.accommodations@cai.io or (888) 824 – 8111. **Equal Employment Opportunity Policy Statement** It is the policy of CAI not to discriminate against any employee or applicant due to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, marital status, genetic information, disability or being a protected veteran.
