An employee in this position can expect an annual starting rate between $120,000 and $150,000, depending on experience, seniority, geographic locations, and other factors permitted by law. WhatYouDo: • Develop customized solutions using Peoplecode, Application Engine, SQR, App Designer and Integration Broker. • Work with the Human Resources team to support and enhance the PeopleSoft application, including the Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits and Time and Labor modules. • Provide technical and functional support in the analysis and corrective action for problems arising within the PeopleSoft application. • Write technical specifications and design documents that are clear to developers and reflective of business requirements. Knowledge&Experience: • Associate degree or technical school certificate preferred • 5 - 7 years of related experience required • Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft including the Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits and Time and Labor modules • Experience with Peoplecode, Application Engine, SQR, App Designer and Integration Broker • Knowledge of Oracle Financials a plus • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and effective problem-solving skills required EeoStatement: Barnes & Noble is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
