The PeopleSoft System Engineer supports and leads initiatives for our team, focusing on the PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 application. This role ensures systems and infrastructure operate efficiently, handles upgrades and patches, and resolves technical issues. The engineer supports virtualization, system monitoring, and compliance with organizational standards.    Lead projects for PeopleSoft HCM 9.2, including system configuration and troubleshooting.    Manage and monitor installed systems and infrastructure per organizational guidelines.    Perform system upgrades, software patching, and application testing.    Support VMware ESXi, vCloud/vCAC, and Cisco UCS platforms.    Diagnose and resolve Windows and RedHat infrastructure issues.    Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with security policies.
