• At least 5 years PeopleSoft training lead experience within a large scale environment(s).
• Exceptional skills in UPK. 
• Proven experience leading teams.
• Experience with ELM would be a plus.
• Comprehensive understanding of industry best practices for public sector would be a plus.
• An ability to lead and deliver success under difficult circumstances.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
