**Job Title: CNC Setup Tech** This position requires travel to Duluth, MN. **Job Description** Responsible for fabrication of machined piece parts and tooling, prototypes, molds, and tooling fixtures. Machine parts from models, blueprints, drawings, and verbal directions. Operate conversational milling machines, including setup, operation, and editing of Vertical/Horizontal Machining Centers, preferably with Haas machine experience. Set up and operate Mazak CNC lathes; live tooling experience is a plus. Fill out work instructions properly and understand the planning flow, adjusting and explaining planning procedures as needed. Ensure all assigned work areas are kept clean, orderly, and safe at all times. Ability to work within a team environment. Note: CNC Programming is not required for either CNC Vertical or Horizontal Milling or CNC Lathe - Machinist positions. **Hard Skills** + CNC Setup + CNC Operation + Blueprint Reading **Job Type** This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s). **Work Environment** This is a job shop environment. Very clean, but fast-paced. 2nd shift M-F 4:00 pm - 2:30 am, plus OT as needed. Weekend shift Friday-Sunday 6:00 am - 6:30 pm.
