Responsibilities for a Dietitian with Phoebe Allentown:

Provide direct nutrition care activities such as assessment care planning, documentation, and additional types of nutritional interventions for Resident health and wellness. Maintains responsibility for clinical services regulatory compliance. Nutritional records and staff education. Acts as community resource for staff and Residents in all aspects of nutrition for culinary and hospitality services.

Requirements for a Dietitian with Phoebe Allentown:

The ability to deliver excellent customer service to all residents, families and co-workersRegistered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration. Licensed to practice in the state of PennsylvaniaWorking knowledge of building extensions preferredMinimum 2 years clinical experience in long term care environment
