Providence ElderPlace Oregon is seeking a Geriatric Physician for a On-Call/Per Diem position at Providence ElderPlace. You'll join an established interdisciplinary team providing older adults with a single, coordinated program of comprehensive care and social services. Be a part of an exceptional team of care givers passionate about caring of older adults. * On-Call/Per Diem (no guarantee of hours) * Board-certified/board-eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine trained physician, or completion of Geriatric Medicine fellowship. * Collaborator with nurse care manages, social workers, pharmacists, mental health case managers, and other team members * Interest in obtaining MAT Waiver for prescribing Suboxone * Join a team dedicated to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion **Where You’ll Work** Providence ElderPlace is a Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), and is the first program of its kind in Oregon.
