Per-Diem Home Infusion Nurse

As the premier concierge Home Healthcare provider on the Main Line, we are actively looking to welcome an experienced Infusion Nurse into our family to lead the growth and development of our Home Infusion business. Working closely with our National Account partners and Care Managers this position will be Per-Diem with a high level of flexibility. to work around another job or personal commitments.

The infusion nurse is responsible for quality, adequacy of services provided and may, where required, supervise staff. The Infusion Nurse is responsible for ensuring that care is delivered appropriately and the standards of quality are adhered to. Responsibilities

Perform care as defined by client’s individual Plan of Care and within scope of state’s nurse practice actMonitor patient’s condition and notify appropriate personnel of any changesProvide those services requiring substantial and specialized nursing skillAssures proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state and federal lawsCounsels the client and family in meeting nursing and related needs

Requirements

Current unrestricted RN license in state for which care is being providedPreferred: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. Must have graduated from a National League of Nursing accredited program2-5 years’ experience on your licenseReliable car/auto insuranceClean background and criminal recordUnderstands regulatory compliance with state and federal regulationsAdhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality

Experienced preferred: Peripheral IV starts/maintenance & IV Infusion Therapy Injection and self-infusion training Phlebotomy for adult and pediatric patients CVAD experience & knowledge Advanced Nursing Certifications (CRNI, OCN preferred)
