The Terrace at Beverwyck in Slingerlands, NY has an opportunity to help provide great care and work as part of a close team of health care professionals and build strong relationships with the residents and their families! The team is looking for a LPN to work per diem and are willing to help train nurses looking to explore a different venture of nursing and looking at developing their leadership skills!
The Terrace at Beverwyck is an assisted living facility for those with difficulties that require watchfulness and a supportive environment, but who do not need nursing home care.

The nursing care of residents under the direction of the Nursing DirectorOversee a team of resident assistants Delegate select responsibilities to insure the highest level of resident care and aideDemonstrate SPHP's Standards of Behavior and Core Values.Minimum Requirements:
Valid NYS LPN licensePreferred Requirements:
1+ year of experience as a LPN, but willing to help train the right candidate to further their skills1+ yr working in memory/dementia care in a direct care position highly desiredMaintain the highest level of customer service while completing day to day duties and responsibilitiesCommunicate effectively in a fast pace work environmentEngage within a team settingStrong leadership and mentorship of the Resident Assistant staffPassion to learn, grow and develop in the nursing fieldPay Range: $24.00 - $30.10
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location
