Job Summary : The Licensed Practical Nurse will be required to perform the necessary functions to ensure resident/patient care safety and satisfaction. The LPN will assume charge nurse responsibilities as assigned and will report to the Registered Nurse/RN Supervisors. Job Qualifications: + Valid NYS LPN license + Previous LPN experience working with geriatric population required + Graduate of an approved practical nursing program. + Must be availabile for per diem basis, Shift hours are 3pm - 11pm, requires every other weekend
