Eddy Hawthorne Ridge is a 66 bed independent senior living community on 14 beautiful acres in East Greenbush, New York. The residents of Hawthorne Ridge do not need high-level nursing care just a little extra assistance. The team provides care in a residential setting, thoughtfully designed for individuals with memory loss, Alzheimer’s disease and other related dementias.

Med passes to approximately 35 residentsSpeaking to and educating families on how to have the best visits with their family members and the care providedTreatments for the residentsSupervise Resident AssistantsWhat you will need:
Valid NYS LPN license1+ year of experience as a LPN, but willing to help train the right candidate to further their skills1+ year working in memory care in a direct care position highly desiredHighest level of patience and maintain a professional approach while handling and giving instructions to residentsMaintain the highest level of customer service while completing day to day duties and responsibilitiesOrganized and detail oriented with note takingComplete and manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracyCommunicate effectively in a fast pace work environmentEngage within a team settingStrong leadership and mentorship of the Resident Assistant staffPassion to learn, grow and develop in the nursing fieldPay range: $24-$30.10
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location
