Schedule & Pay:

$50.55 hourly Per Diem | 0-16 hours every two weeks  Saturday and Sunday every 4th weekend, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Additional hours may be available.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited school of occupational therapy and successful completion of clinical training. Certified by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy obtained within 6 months. Registered through the State of Minnesota as a Licensed Occupational Therapist or Temporary Occupational Therapist permit required with Occupational Therapist license obtained within 90 Days. Basic Life Support (BLS) Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card.
