As a part of the Ambulatory Float Pool Team, you provide administrative and patient care support to various ambulatory practices. Duties include, but are not limited to:

assisting in coordinating patient flow throughout the clinic, from registration to discharge processing prior authorizations and completing Surgery Scheduling tasks working as a member of the Ambulatory Care clinic team to provide smooth outpatient flow resulting in optimum patient satisfaction and clinic operation supporting different teams/practices to cover illnesses, holidays, and leaves of absence provide direct patient care for diverse patient population within the ambulatory practices, working with clinic management, administration, physicians, fellows, residents, medical students, nursing staff, patient services staff and ancillary personnel

We are looking for highly flexible, enthusiastic and proactive individuals with the ability to travel to all UCLA Community practices throughout the greater Southern California area.

As a per diem employee, you must be able to provide availability at least one month in advance. The minimum requirement will be 2 shifts – 16 hours per week including one weekend per month. Days and hours will vary depending on assignments.

Salary range: $31.06-$31.06 Hourly
