Job Summary St. Christopher's Hospital for Children is seeking a per diem Pediatric Cardiologist with a focus on imaging. Perform inpatient and outpatient pediatric cardiology evaluations and testing, including interpretation of ECGs, echocardiograms, ambulatory electrocardiography, and exercise stress testing in infants, children and adolescents. Highlights: The Heart Center at St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children is recruiting a pediatric cardiologist with a focus on imaging. The incoming physician will direct the cardiac CT/MR service at St. Christopher’s hospital for Children for pediatric and adult congenital heart disease patients. You will share inpatient consultative service as well as outpatient clinic and on-call responsibilities with other members of the Division. The incoming cardiologist may also participate in the fetal echocardiography center. You will also participate in the teaching of medical students, residents, and (adult) cardiology fellows. There is a dedicated pediatric cardiac catheterization/electrophysiology laboratory equipped with state-of-the-art biplane fluoroscopy and 3D electroanatomic mapping capability. Our primary CT unit is a Cannon/Toshiba Aquillon 80 slice which we perform Cardiac CTA exams along with the routine CT exams. As for the MRI, our current unit is a GE 450W 1.5T. We currently perform Cardiac Morphology and Flow Mapping procedure.
